Our first heated birdbath from Gardeners Supply lasted 10 years in our cold snow covered back yard. It worked well even in the coldest weather. We have four feeders around the birdbath near our sliding patio doors. It's like a wildlife show all winter long. IT's especially great to see the Cardinals sticking around our yard because they know they can find seeds and water. The product does everything its says.

Attached to our deck off the back door. Very easy to fill and clean. Wish it had a longer plug in cord and a deeper pan (need to check daily on very cold dry days). So much easier to maintain and fill than dealing with our yard bird bath and an immersible heater. Overall, I like it very much, appreciate its ease to fill and clean, and would recommend it!

1st: It works! Retains water at a warm temp in very cold, freezing weather. It does much better than a warming tool I bought elsewhere for our stone birdbath. Easy to place on deck railing. Birds do come to it, especially our Mocking Bird!

not sturdy and kept tipping over and the water kept spilling out. apparently, too high off the ground because no birds are using it. this is the SECOND birdbath i have bought from you guys neither one are being used by the many birds that eat the grub we put out for them to eat. Is this too profane to say? what a sheer waste of money.

We have this on our back deck and the birds love being able to take a quick bath and loooong drink in below freezing weather! We love watching them from our sunroom.
