Comments about Hearth Crickets:
I bought this item for my son who is having a new house built in England as I believed it would be appropriate after the problems he has had with his builder and architect. I now will to mail the cricket to him to match his move-in date---if that date doesn't slip again!
My only negative is that your p&h is charge is too expensive for such a small order.

Comments about Hearth Crickets:
Great gift for a new homeowner (or yourself). As the cricket is a bit delicate (especially the antenna), I would strongly suggest that it be placed out of reach of children.

The perfect icon for my son's first apartment to bring him good luck. Three time zones from home .... a Mom has to send symbols to remind adult child to think of his roots!

Comments about Hearth Crickets:
Good price and nice gift. I got one of each finish, one for myself and one for a gift. The shiny finish looks good from a distance while the green finish looks nice up close.

Comments about Hearth Crickets:
WELCOME ADDITION TO MANTLE IN DAUGHTER'S NEW RETIREMENT HOME IN TENNESSEE. MUCH APPRECIATED.
UNEXPECTED AND HILARIOUS REACTION FROM OUR TWO SONS. THEY THOUGHT WE HAD SENT LIVE CRICKETS AND WERE DEVASTATED WHEN THE POST OFFICE DID NOT PRODUCE THE BOX IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS, THOUGH IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED ON THE 14TH. THEY WERE SURE THEY HAD A BOX OF DEAD CRICKETS, AND THE BOY FROM CANADA WHO WAS DOWN TO COLUMBIA FALLS FOR CHRISTMAS WITH HIS BROTHER, SAID IT WAS PROBABLY JUST AS WELL, HE COULD NOT HAVE TAKEN THEM BACK TO CANADA ANYWAY. THERE WAS MUCH RELIEF AND LAUGHTER WHEN ALL WAS RESOLVED. ALL IN ALL, WORTH MUCH MORE THAN THE PRICE OF THE CRICKETS MAKING THEM A LASTING MEMORY.

placed on a finished piece of driftwood as accent decoration that represents something from state of Ohio and Chinese symbol of good luck.
