I purchsed 2 wire baskets last year from a local nursery with marvelous results so, based on the high quality of other items I'd purchased from Gardeners I skipped the nursery and purchased 2 more of these wire baskets from Gardeners... What a mistake! The Gardeners wire baskets are so flimsy they warped out of shape and the plants spilled out on to the ground.

I ordered two 30" hayracks with aqua save liners last year they were OK although not like those pictured on the website catalog which had a more attractive curved, rolled over edge with more reinforcement. I use the light weight potting mix and plant annuals in them. This year I ordered two 36" ones to match. :-( They bent when hung with the two hangers - three would be better. The aqua liners do not fit over the top of the metal edge on the back and front so water flows over the top and they cannot be filled with sufficient potting mix. Soon after plants were placed (small annuals) and watered both hayracks were bending, vinyl covering cracked, and liners sunk below top rail. I had to use wire to pull the fronts up and attach to the backs so they would not continue to bend. I would send them back except what a mess that would be! This product is so disappointing considering what is advertised on the website.

The aquaSav plastic liner in the fiber keeps the roots soggy. I had to punch holes in it to drain properly.

I waited months for these to arrive and was very disappointed with their quality when they finally showed up. The metal is very thin and they arrived bent. The hanging assembly is also very flimsy.

We just received our windowboxes and haven't planted or mounted them yet so my main comment is that the description is not exactly complete--it does not specify (as far as I can tell) that the boxes include the aqua-save liners so I ordered them separately and now I have extras which probably aren't worth returning since I'd be paying for shipping both ways. So I have a supply for when I need to replace the liners, but I'd prefer not to have spent the $ and now I have to store them. It would be good to update the listing to indicate that the liners are included.
