Got Happy Mitts as a Christmas gift and I LOVE these! I use them almost every night -- just heat them up in the microwave for a minute and they are ready to go! I almost always fall asleep while they are still warm. Also great to wear while watching TV or doing activities that don't require your hands. Only downfall for me was the VERY strong scent -- I am not a fan of lavender so I'm hoping it will fade soon.

I have been using them to help ease the ache of my arthritis in my thumbs. Both the moist heat, and the lavendar are benefitial.

The only issue I have is that I have large hands, and the opening to the mittens are smaller than is comfortable, for me, to put on or take off easily. The velcro cinch is a nice feature for those whose hands may be small.

I didn't pay close enough attention to the fact that these are only sized for women. I bought a pair for my husband who struggles with carpel tunnel. Of course, they did not fit. I am using them now, and I love them!
