This is really pretty and not so deep that it presents a danger for smaller birds.

I love the natural stone, and the look it gives in the garden. I have it placed on a piece of tree limb in my garden, the bees and butterflies love it.

Comments about Hand-Carved Stone Birdbath:
I purchased this for a birdbath outside my kitchen window where I have all my feeders and a rather blah birdbath now. However, when my purchased arrived I fell in love with to beauty of it and just couldn't see putting it outside...so on my island between the kitchen and dinning room it sits. Love the look if this one of a kind pottery leaf.

Comments about Hand-Carved Stone Birdbath:
I really like the design of this birdbath. It is nicely made; the shape and details are very attractive. My only complaint is that it is more porous than I anticipated. There is no glaze or other coating to keep water in. Thus, I have to add water to it up more often. Other than that, I'm happy with my purchase.

Comments about Hand-Carved Stone Birdbath:
This piece is more shallow than I envisioned. It holds some water for birds, but not enough for bathing. It also arrived with an obviously mended break, which annoyed me but does not bother the birds.

Comments about Hand-Carved Stone Birdbath:
This lovely birdbath was a gift to a New England daughter who is artistic, a gardener and a runner.
She and her family love the versatility as well as the beauty of the product. It is presently functioning as a mail collector. When freezing temps are past, it will go out on their deck near numerous bird feeders.

Comments about Hand-Carved Stone Birdbath:
In the ad the leaf is bicolored, and the colors would blend in easily with clay pots and other outdoor items. The one that I received is a beigy/yellow color with some some white veining. It is golden, as it is described, but nothing like the picture.
