    Comments about Grow Beds:

I have 4 of the 3 X 3 grow boxes and I purchased a 3 X 6 grow box for my daughter for her birthday. I love my grow boxes. I used to have a really big garden but I am now a widow and do not need to grow so much and being older do not have quite the zip I used to have to maintain a big garden. I have my grow boxes next to my house . They are easy to plant and maintain. I typically grow tomatoes, green beans, broccoli, eggplant, yellow banana peppers, basil and parsley. This year I am going to try corn and artichokes! While it is not a huge garden I still have plenty to share with family, neighbors and friends. I do not need to mulch, can water easily, remove the occasional weed easily and I do not feel like I have run a marathon after working in my grow box garden. This year I gave my daughter a 3 X 6 grow box for her birthday she saw mine and liked them and it will be perfect for her little yard. mine have been outside year round for 4 years. They are very durable and easy to assemble. I had a truck load of soil brought in because it would have cost a fortune to buy bagged soil for 4 boxes. I love my grow boxes !! highly recommend

    Comments about Grow Beds:

This most recent grow bed is my 3rd Grow Bed 3 x 6

This most recent purchase has not yet been set up but I have both of my other two grow beds(same size, same item) already planted.

The oldest grow bed is still going strong after some seven or eight years, even after moving the unit to a different location in our yard (minus soil).

I have found the grow beds a bit tricky to set up by myself and need a helping hand to place the screws to hold middle together.

That said, I would not hesitate to recommend this product to others.

        Comments about Grow Beds:

The dirt in my Phoenix area backyard is awful. The reasons I chose this garden include: 1. All other raised gardens I found were larger. I like this size for the area I have. 2. I wanted resin vs wood to lessen the worry of sun damage. 3. It was well rated. So far, so good. I planted my garden and approx two weeks later, everything is looking good.

Product looks like it would last my lifetime. Sides tall enough to make bending over or stooping easier when planting or weeding. I hang on to the sides to help keep me steady & also to help me push back up to a standing position. Good product.

            Comments about Grow Beds:

Returning to buy soil for seedstarting and since I love my grow beds so much, I wanted to share my comments even though they are four years old. I have MS and needed something low maintenance for years to come and these have proven to be perfect. Set up was a snap. We used the cardboard they came in right over the grass to smother it and set the grow bed on top. Worms loved that. We have three 3x9's,two 3x6's and two 18"x3's. Filled them all with soil less mix and more organic material like shredded leaves are added every year. The black beds heat up great in spring for earlier planting. Recommended these to a non gardener friend and she had amazing results. We lined the paths between the beds with fabric GS sells and used all their veggie cages and compost bin. So many compliments on the tidiness of our garden and virtually weed free thanks to products sold by GS.

                Comments about Grow Beds:

Before moving I had both 3x6' & 3x3' beds for vegetables. They were so easy to work in and the yields were so incredible that I have purchased 3x3' beds for my new vegetable garden. (Living where the land gently rolls makes it difficult to site level 3x6' beds.) These beds work equally well for all vegetables from tomatoes to rutabagas and also support bean towers. I love them!!

                  Comments about Grow Beds:

It appears like a product that will last a lifetime. The only very minor problem I had was pulling some of the pegs out of the ends so that I could join the sides to assemble it. But it wasn't bad. Just a tiny bit of a struggle. Maybe they could be left out of the ends before shipping ?

                    Comments about Grow Beds:

This raised bed assembles easy and is very durable. The hardest part is finding enough dirt to fill it and keeping my 90 lb. Akita puppy out of it once it is filled. I already had one and it worked so well I got another.
