When grasshoppers swarm, they can outnumber any other pest, and they'll eat anything green, from grass to irises, hostas to roses. They are the #1 problem in the South, and can overrun northern gardens if the summer is hot and dry. Now you can fight back with our all-natural, earth-friendly Grasshopper Control.

Comments about Grasshopper Control, 1 Lb.:
i just got this October 6, 2011 and the expiration date is 22 nov 2011, so I pay the big bucks and have plenty for a whole season and my bottle is only good for one month. I think that is wrong, I am in southern california and thought this item would carry over to next season , no one said it was no good after november or that there was an expiration date on it, or I would never have purchased it. I have not even tried it yet, and may just return it. I tried a mixture of garlic, hot sauce and onions boiled and strained to kill the grasshoppers and it worked pretty good and did not hurt the taste of my strawberries and beans at all and is way cheaper to use.

This was very easy to use.
I applied it to every area I saw the grass hoppers,
the only thing I found to work on these 2 1/2 inch hoppers.

I used Nola Bait in the past with great success. This product did not eliminate grasshoppers at all. Very disappointed in the outcome.

very easy to hand apply in small areas, lasts well in windy area, and really knocks the 'hop' out of the hoppers.

Comments about Grasshopper Control, 1 Lb.:
Using the product is simple and easy. Simply follow the provided instructions on conatainer.
There was nothing great about the product when it
comes to getting rid of grasshoppers. Perhaps it is this type of grasshopper that is in the State of Florida. (Southern Lubber Grasshopper)(Romalea Guttata)
What is not so great is the fact that from what was
quoted...I expected to see a great reduction of
grasshoppers...and this did not happen.

This product works well. I live in S. Cal where we have a long growing season and I need to apply this starting in Feb and go through fall. It can get expensive but this is the only natural product I've found to control grasshoppers.
I find that it doesn't get all of them, but the number of grasshoppers in the yard are greatly decreased.
It has also controlled the crickets, but I think this is a "con" since I like all the crickets.

I use this product annually. I sprinkle it around the fence line of our home as well as at the edge of my flower gardens. It is very easy to apply and I have had great results.

The population of grasshoppers has dramatically decreased. I still have newly hatched young so am continually put out the bait. I used drainage dishes to put the bait in. It works real well.

This is the stuff that works. We use it every year. This year we sowed to overlap onto our neighbors' land to create a buffer zone and we did not worry about any negatives at all. We feel good about organic farming and about finding products that WORK!!!

It was hard not to apply too heavily, hand broadcasting isn't for me! But now I do see results- alot less grasshoppers in the garden!
