I use these every 3 months or more often depending on the gopher activity. They need to be set every 12 inches apart to be effective and I sometimes add a stick of juicy fruit gum to the hole as it seems to enhance the effectiveness.

The product was used as directions stated, and was very effective in removing the gopher overnight. It's been a couple of weeks since we used two pegs in the runway, and there's no sign of a return of the gopher. Convenient to use, and quick results.

I followed the instructions to a T. After using this product,
I have more gopher activity than I ever did before. I think I just made them mad. Looks like it's time to call the experts.

Product seems to repel gophers, but they pop up in another part of our rather large property in a mountainous area. At least they're moving away from the house and garden! Maybe they'll move off the property eventually. I am a patient person and about to order another set of 12. Will stick with this product as it's not harmful to our very curious dog. The package directions for finding the gopher hole didn't work for me. Had to dig sideways at the edge of the mounds but was able to find the tunnel that way. From reading the reviews it seems the product either works or it doesn't. For those that it doesn't work, perhaps they are not getting the product into the holes properly.

I placed in holes that the little critters were digging under my garden beds and they moved on immediately. I didn't really notice the odor too much.

We have had something digging holes in our front and back yard off and on for several years as have our neighbors. At one time we found a dead something-or-other in the yard and assume it's a mole. This year they were back! So we decided to try something to get rid of them instead of flooding their tunnels with the water hose. Ordered two packages of these and have used most of a package so far. The holes we put them down have not had any more activity that we can tell (fresh dirt) and I can put water in the holes and tell the tunnel is filled with dirt apparently. But, we have had a couple of fresh holes since we began using these so it may not get rid of them totally. Problem is, they are probably going to the neighbors' yards and then if they use something, they come back to ours. But we would still buy these again as they are much better than doing nothing. Our yard was looking more like dirt than grass with all the holes we had and we are paying a professional to take care of our grass this year but they don't do moles/voles, or whatever it is.

After using 5 boxes of Moth Balls which all my neighbors and friends told me to, they didn't get rid of the moles in my flower beds. They were driving me crazy. I tried this product and within
48 hours - - no more mole tunnels. I love it.

I use this product as soon as I see mole runs and once inserted in the hole the moles never return to the same spot. This is the only product I have ever found that sends the moles away so I do not harm them.

The gopher basically laughed in my face when I attempted to get him out of the garden with these, he just kicked them out of the hole & then continued to take what he wanted. Did not even sort of work to solve the gopher problem.
