Very nice purchase. Not meant for large branches or pruning trees but do work well on smaller shrubs. Nice grip for smaller hands but husband always stealing them,too.

Wanted this as soon as I recognized the Wolf emblem and that brand's distinctive color scheme. Having lived in Europe, I know Wolf garden tools to be top-of-the line. Not disapointed, and delighted to see that they are still manufactured in Germany (not China).
While the grip is generously sized, I had hoped from the product description and previous reviews that it would be even wider for my XL hands. Those with average-to-large hands should find that they fit perfectly, although my wife with size womens-small hands finds them too large.
Don't understand other reviews that expected sharper blades. They seem quite sharp, especially for utility tasks.
Great that the blade is rounded at the tip, so one can carry them in a pocket without the risk of poking through.
Excellent value for traditional Wolf brand quality.

I have 4 pairs of these, for those who help in the garden. They are very comfortable and easy to use - and to find when I put them down. I use them for just about everything, except cutting large branches of roses or other shrubs as some heavy duty pruners do those chores. I wouldn't have any other scissors.
