I was planting tomatoes when the product was delivered. I opened it immediately and was pleased to find it assembled and ready to use. I easily carried it down to the garden and set it down, kneeler up, between my rows of crops. How nice to sit on the bench and plant my tomatoes in my raised beds-something this senior citizen really appreciates. I was done in no time with no sore back or knees. It's lightweight and compact and stores easily.

With nerve-damaged knees, kneeling is very difficult. Then I found the Gardener's Supply kneeler. Just wonderful. I use it constantly for work on the ground.
The ONLY problem I have is with the seat. It is constructed of bare foam and either the dye leaches out, or the foam deteriorates and your clothes (or anything else that brushes up against it) get a bright green (or purple, I would imagine) stain. I've tried a fabric remnant cover, but that just leaches through the fabric over time. If the seat could be made of the same padding as the kneeler, this gizmo would be perfect.
