The first can came without a rose, so they shipped out another can with a rose. I have been filling up this can(without the rose on) by dipping into my rain barrel. I even filled up my wall of water (tomato protectors) without the rose on and it works very well. My husband even commented on how nice the new watering can was!

I've looked for one of these watering cans for a long time - that looks old fashioned. This is perfect. It has handles in two positions, so it's easy to fill & carry & pour. The shower nozzle is really nice. Looks like it will hold up & age well over the years.

I wasn't sure about this, but couldn't find a watering can I liked. Thought it was a little expensive. Gave it a try - end result - very happy! I like the handle over the top of the can - very balanced and easy to control and carry. I am glad I gave it a chance - use it almost every day and expect it to last.

I LOVE the shape and look of my watering can. It was my present to me of the summer. I am not dripping water on me while watering (which the summer has required a lot of) and it is very easy to carry full of water (which my plastic watering cans are not). I am disappointed that the distinctive 'copper' handles and rose are copper 'film' that began to peel off after only a few uses.
