I ordered these to make an emergency warming cover for my cucumber plants as the weather had turned foul. I used them to support plastic sheeting along a 14 foot row and they work just like you think they would. I suspect that they will be perfect for supporting netting over rows of sprouting beans as well.

These are great. I am using them in my zucchini beds along with fabric to keep the squash bugs from overtaking my veggies like last year. They are very bendy and fit perfect in my 3' X 6' garden.

Comments about 59" Fiberglass Hoops, Set of 12:
These fiberglass hoops are very lightweight, easy to move around in the garden. I use them with the row cover fabric. One did break, not right away though, when I came back to the garden the next day it was broken at the top. But I would buy them again anyway.

Comments about 59" Fiberglass Hoops, Set of 12:
To protect my garden plants from being eaten by critters and insects, I've begun covering them with lightweight garden cloth and these hoops are essential. They are easy to bend and move. The tricky part is covering them with the cloth and keeping the cloth in place.

Comments about 59" Fiberglass Hoops, Set of 12:
I used these fiberglass hoops for a simple low tunnel to cover my brassilica's and onions, which need protection from root maggot infestation. I have rows of slightly different widths, so flexible hoops are perfect since I can determine how much to bend it myself. I presume after a season they'll want to spring back to a straight position, which will make them very easy to store. They're slick, so they won't get permanently caked with any garden residue, and I can't imagine they'll corrode like metal or decompose like wood. I expect to get many years of use out of these puppies!
