I bought one for a gift and one for myself. I plan on using mine for small hand sewing items like needles, threads, pins and scissors. They will be well contained and easy to find while I sew when watching TV. The bowl is more attractive than the picture in the catalog. The large would hold a big display of fruit. The small size would be better for a couple of cell phones and keys.
