I use this product all the time..I bought 2 pair one for me to replace my old ones and one pair for my grandaughter who is just a beginning gardener. I love these pruners and would use nothing else.

This is one of the better and quicker ways to carry around your prized Felcos. The ease with which I am able to get my pruners quickly and replace them (instead of leave them wherever I last used them) is a great benefit. Makes using them feel a little like drawing a gun in an old Western shootout.

However, I did have them fall out once or twice during a day of work. There is no strap or other mechanism to keep the pruners in the cone-shaped holster. Something to make the holster more secure would help. Still, this has improved my relationship to my lovely pruners.

The metal belt clip is so tight that it is almost impossible to clip to a belt...or anyhting else for that matter. I usually wind up having to put it in my pocket.

The spring metal clip on the back is perfect for the use that a Felco Pruner endures. It is tight and will not fall of your belt, which is what I want. HEAVY leather holster for protection and longevity.

This holster provides easy access to your pruners, and you don't have to worry about setting them down, losing them, etc. The only part I would change is that the spring clip is *really* springy, to the point of being difficult to clip onto a belt--although once you get it clipped, it's definitely secure!
