I used this product for starting my own tomato plants from my own seeds. The kit had everything needed to plant my tomato seeds. The seeds germinated within 8-10 day and produced large and healthy and dark green plants ready for my garden in 8 weeks.

The directions say that the planting trays should be replaced after use and yet the website says the planting trays are no longer available. The seedstarting system that I had bought to use for a few years isn't even useable for multiple plantings this year. That is unless the trays are more durable than the manufacturer says.
