During the day the globes add an archatectural symetry tobalance the bird bath and stature on the opposite front side of the house.

I am an avid gardener and I was very disappointed when I received the Fairydust Balls. They have been in my garden for several weeks and I have yet to see the hint of a "glow". I certainly wasn't expecting them to light the pathway like solar lights would, but I have them place where they get plenty of direct sun, so there should be no excuse for them not to work. I have others that are several years old and they still glow. There really should be some sort of return policy for this type of product.

They are fun to see out my kitchen window. They don't seem to glow very long in the evening, but they are a beautiful, delightful addition to my garden.

I have these in one of my flower beds...gets around 8 hours of sun...one conclusion, not to buy any thing that does not have solar panel and batteries...these just do not work! Have had these for several weeks now.
