I have had difficulty getting to sleep for the past several months, even when my body tells me it's tired. Since the arrival of my lavendar oil about three weeks ago, I apply a drop of oil to my the inside of my wrists @ bedtime, and rub them together. Sleeping on my side allows my hands to be near my face, and I find I drift off to sleep much quicker. I wish I had thought of this tried-and-true old-fashioned remedy months back.
