Exclusive | The Eco Stack™ Composter: Simple, Affordable and Built to Last
- Convenient composter transforms household waste into garden gold
- Easy-to-use, "toss it in and forget it" design
- Built to last, with tough, all-weather construction
Composting is the eco-friendly way to deal with your kitchen scraps and yard waste. The trick is to keep the process as simple as possible. Our Eco Stack Composter works like a traditional open compost pile, but in a small, self-contained stack that requires practically no effort. It costs less than many bargain compost bins, is simpler to use and much more durable. Unlike lightweight plastic composters, ours is made of thick, UV-stabilized polyethylene. It withstands the elements without bleaching, warping or cracking. There are no springs or clips to pop off, no hardware to rust. Easy to set up and use — just stack the sections. You don’t need to worry about keeping the compost moist or aerated, thanks to the rain-catching lid and bottom aeration vents. Best of all, there’s no turning. Once a year or whenever the composter is filled, just lift the sections off, move over, and fork uncomposted material back in. Despite its trim footprint, the Eco Stack Composter holds 7-1/2 bushels, and its tapered design and neutral brown color make it inconspicuous in your landscape. If you want a toss-it-in-and-forget-it composter that will give you years of service, the Eco Stack is it.
- UV-stabilized polyethylene
- 24" square x 39-1/2" H

Comments about Eco Stack™ Composter:
We like this product, and are considering getting a second. It is a solid composter, and the design is attractive. It holds a modest amount of compost, though I wish the capacity was greater. However, since the price was low, buying another once of the same size isn't out of the question.

Comments about Eco Stack™ Composter:
This is my second composter and is much easier to use than the old one although I will keep both to supply my garden with organic mulch.
I don't understand the negative reviews posted to this item. My best guess is that my old composter is so difficult to use that this model seems like a big improvement.
So glad I ordered this! It's already in compost production after just a few weeks.

Comments about Eco Stack™ Composter:
We bought one of these last year and love it. So we bought another; however, this one is not as good--the pieces do not fit each other properly. We read about this in a review prior to buying the first one. I guess we got lucky the first time around. Perhaps the manufacturer should test each one before packing and shipping.

Comments about Eco Stack™ Composter:
I've owned this product for 2 years. We compost virtually all non-meat/non-fat organic material, even lint from our dryer. I have managed this in a fairly passive way, but add to it on a consistent basis. Have always been surprised how quickly it packs down, as I do no stirring. Yesterday I went to stir it and move some compost to a separate compoist tumbler, and discovered wormy black gold. It was beautiful.

Comments about Eco Stack™ Composter:
We were worried that this composter wouldn't be big enough for our kitchen waste, but it's been more than enough for our household. It composts everything so quickly that there's always room for more. And it looks nice in our yard.

Comments about Eco Stack™ Composter:
This was a complete waste of money! Nothing composted. I started using to compost food and yard waste, and after 6 months of use, all it did was attract flies and gnats into my house and wasps onto my back patio. (A couple of thunderstorms blew it over, so we had to keep it near the house.) Supposedly, you throw things in the top somehow you're supposed to get the composted material from the bottom? I'm not sure exactly how it's supposed to work, and there weren't any instructions.

Comments about Eco Stack™ Composter:
Most attractive composter I have seen. But, like others have said, lid does not fit. I plan to use a rasp to file the edges of the of the base so the lid will slide on more easily. That said, I'm not sure the lid needs to fit that tightly. It is sitting crooked now, but snug. I bought it knowing the lid might not fit, and I am still happy I made the purchase.
