Comments about Drip-It Waterers:
I am using the frog watering tool in plants which can't any failure to have moisture available. We'll see how long they take to drain and compare with finger test too - but for the last 5 days, so far so good!

Comments about Drip-It Waterers:
This is a great product for summertime but I have made great use of it with my larger indoor houseplants. Eliminates the question of whether or not it's time to water. Best of all... the water is delivered beneath the soil's surface so it doesn't compact the soil and instead goes directly to the roots of the plant.

Comments about Drip-It Waterers:
These wonderful waterers dispense water slowly as the plants need it. Great for a week or 2.

Comments about Drip-It Waterers:
put this in very thirsty indoor plant when on vacation and it worked really well--it doesn't release too much water at once but does keep soil evenly moist. Will probably get another eventually.

Comments about Drip-It Waterers:
These are great for ensuring proper hydration of interior landscapes and potted plants. I've found that they need to be refilled once a week (not every 2 wks as I believe the prod. description states). Also, the wicks need to be handled carefully so that they do not break. This isn't a defect, it's just because of the material used to make the wick.

Comments about Drip-It Waterers:
I've tried this in two pots, and it doesn't keep more than a very small circle moist. Also, plant roots quickly grew into the holes. Maybe I'm missing something....

Comments about Drip-It Waterers:
Have primarily relied on self-watering containers for my outdoor plants, herbs and vegetables. Had one tomato plant in non-watering pot. Bought two of these drip bottles for the pot. Not that great. The white "T"s break easily. The bottle leaks unless it's standing absolutely straight up in the pot. Drip only lasts 2-3 days.

I can stick a couple in big house plants and be gone for 3 days with out worrying.

Comments about Drip-It Waterers:
I bought two: one for a large potted plant. That one works well - lasts about 2 weeks. The other is in a hanging plant. It is identical; yet it lasts 2-3 days. I find this inexplicable!
