I put this pillow right next to my nose every night and it helps me fall asleep. The only problem is when I move around it gets lost in the bed. If I happen to wake up during the night I have to locate it it again, but wouldn't want it any bigger. Very nice size. Recommend it highly.

I put it in my pillowcase, it helps me sleep better, I sleep all night through most of the time since I've been using it, its great, thinking of buying one for my husband.

Fits easily in the pillowcase, scent is relaxing. I woud also use it as a sachet for luggage,to keep the suitcase fresh. Would be an easy item to pack as a hostess gift, but first make sure your hostess likes the scent of lavender.
