As soon as I see the deer around I get the pouches out to replace last years ones. I also buy the spray for ground plants. I delayed this year to spray my hosta plants and when I went out to the garden the deer had eaten the buds from the plants. I trimmed them back, sprayed them again and hope that maybe there might be new buds sprouting again.
I tell everyone about NO NO DEER pouches and spray.

Unable to review yet as have only just hung these deer repellants. I can only hope they help as this area is overrun with the varmints and it's unlawful to shoot, poison or feed them! Having a garden is nearly impossible. Fencing? Not on 8 acres!
I am not a Bambi fan! I sincerely hope these repellants will help!

I put the no-no's out just before typical deer munching time in VA! HUGE SUCCESS! My lillies, hostas, hydrangeas, and everything else is safe so far and it's been at least a month since I put them out! Last year, they were all down to the stems by this time... Best part of all, there is NO hideous smell or "respraying" all summer- I put them out once and it's DONE for the season. If they last all season as advertised, I'll give them 5 stars next year!

I have used this for 2 years on my tree's. It doesn't guarantee the deer will stay away. More than one may be needed on large bushes. The deer in my area will try to eat several area's on a tree.

We use these around our hostas (a.k.a.,deer lettuce, and they do work - much better than sprays that wear off with rain. You do have to put them fairly close to the plants and fairly close together, but they last the whole season.
