I wanted a raised bed for my veggie garden. This was the perfect size and shape. I added a small strip of rubber mulch all the way around and just rested the edge of the wood on the mulch strip. Should be EASY to mow around now. However, it is not so easy to assemble. Once I pre-drilled a hole for the screws, it went together much easier. Overall, I am quite happy with this raised bed.

This is my second one. Last summer I tried it and loved it...the original has taken on a beautiful grey patina, the new one just gave me additional space for my vegetables...if I could I would add more.

Instructions state that it is easy to assemble and the holes are pre drilled. IT IS NOT EASY TO ASSEMBLe and THE HOLES ARE NOT PRE DRILLED.

i'm using the taised bed unit to have room in my yRD BORDER GARDENS. yO GROW TOMATOESM HALF RUNNER BEANS AND BELL PEPPERS AND BABBA MILD YELLOW PEPPERS. . iT LOOKS GREAT IN THE GARDEN, BLENDIBG INTO MY FENCE. yOU GON'T NOTICE IT UNTIL YOU WLK UP ON IT . i'M STROKE DISABLED , SO wE LOOK FOR SOMETHING MY WIFE COULD ASSEMBLE. tOKK HER ONLY 30 MINUTES. i T TOOK ME LONGER TO FILL IT WITH GARDEN SOIL AND ORGANICS.iT ALSO HAS PLENTY OF ROOM IN ITS 9 SQUARE FEET FOR MY VRGATABLES,

The first 6x9 garden was a bit hard to assemble. It would have been easier if the holes had been pre-drilled. But when the second one came, we borrowed a drill and it was a snap! They are beautiful....neighbors have commented on them.

I ordered two of these beds and am VERY pleased with them. The quality is excellent. They were very easy to put together for my husband [who is very good with tools].....I love the classy look of the copper corners, they add a nice look to my yard and I cannot wait to get the vegetables growing in them....They are exactly what I wanted and the size is perfect...I would order another two if I had the space for them!
