The SunLite grow light is sturdy, high quality product that is made in the U.S.A. It is attractive and the seedlings (penstemon) are thriving under the T-5 lights. The lights are easy to adjust to obtain the proper height. Rolling the cart from room to room is easy.

The product takes time to assemble. Directions could be clearer or individual parts marked better, or both.

Overall, this gro light, cart is far superior to a sunny window for starting plants.

I purchased the 2 tier compact lighting stand a couple of months ago. My husband and I put it together in about an hour. It is critical to have all the parts laid out and organized, along with all proper tools at hand. It is sturdy and attractive. Right now I am starting my garden seeds. The light coverage is thorough across the entire shelf. The light can easily be leveled by turning the attaching chain at the top. This is a top quality product made in the USA.

It is amazing how quickly the seeds sprout and come up when you put them under these lights. I wish I had this years ago. It was simple to assemble (just follow the instructions). It looks really difficult, but it really isn't. It's very sturdy and I love the fact that it has wheels so you can move it around easily.
I have a plant setting close by and it has actually turned away from the window and is leaning towards this stand. The plants LOVE these lights. A must have for anyone who has plants, herbs or starting seeds. LOVE IT!!!!!

Nice, neat, compact. Took some time to put it together by myself, but it's stable and rolls easily when needed. I like the chains that raise and lower the lights. And my seedlings seem to appreciate it MUCH more than the light from the window!

When I was purchasing this grow light, I didn't think about how low the bottom tray is. If I were building one of these, I'd put the lower tray where the top light is and the upper tray above that to make it easier to get the tray out if needed and to tend to the seedlings.

Tried growing seeds on the windowsill... didn't get enough light so grew up stringy and under developed. Bought the growlight stand and my second group came up just like the pictures in the ad. Highly recommend this product.

Many of the reviews I read before I purchased my Sunlite Garden mentioned the difficulty of putting the system together. I did not experience any difficulty at all. Having read the reviews, I was really dreading the experience, but I was pleasantly surprised. It does take a little while, but it's not tiny either. Having the proper tools really helps--especially the rubber mallet. One of the toggle switches did not work, but the great folks at GS sent me a new one right away. So if you are hesitating to purchase this based on the reviews mentioning the difficulty of assembly, go ahead and get it. If you can read, you can put it together easily.

We needed some additonal space to start lettuce seedlings intended for transplanting into the greenhouse. Space is at a minumum. This 2-tier sunlight garden is exactly as adverised-compact! With this purchase, we can provide light to many more seedlings while they await transplanting.

I bought a single tier from another company about 2 years ago, needed more room for seed starting and decided to splurge, I am glad I did. The frame is extremely sturdy, so are the "pans" coming with the package. You can use the self watering tray inserts (pans are the same) instead of the smaller seed starter ones and just put your plants or seed starter trays on the capillary mats and you are in business. I have six of the smaller trays going right now for fall planting. Seeds are coming up great, they love the bright light. The one negative is that the light fixtures seem a little flimsy and it is hard to get them to hang straight, due to the weight of the electric cords that are on one side. I have put some small grow bags on this set-up and they did very well too. In short, a great product, not made in [@]!

Overall good sturdy product... A little involved to put together. Electrical switches for the lights are cheap and don't work very well (tempted to replace them).

We have 2 raised gardens for veggies and a side garden for tall plants like okra.
This grow light cart is a good fit in our kitchen area to start the seedlings for our raised garden. Since it is on wheels we can move it to the garage when the grandkids come for a visit.
The cart is sturdy when built and the powder coat paint looks very professional. I also like having 2 bulbs per light fixture. Most grow lights I've seen have only 1 bulb per fixture.
