Comments about Compact Patio Grow House:
In the spring, this little, wooden greenhouse can sit on the porch and shelter seedlings or house plants. In the fall, the life of potted herbs and salad greens can be extended and protected from frost.

Comments about Compact Patio Grow House:
First: An informed company is important to me. The company's philosophy and philanthropic projects are important, too.
Second: The packaging is impressive. I appreciated the cedar panels. Confirmed chemical insecticide and varnish free. I try to keep the seedlings, their medium and the plants free from products created in a chemistry lab where ever possible.
Third: Straight forward assembly. Easily stored away from the elements when it's task is finished.
I use it, in fact, to store next season's supplies in the garage.
Insect control is the Compact Patio Grow House's main function for me in Arizona's Phoenix valley. It proves to be ideal. I did add screen material to the underside of the lowest shelf to allow adequate air flow and fortify against crickets, caterpillars, and white fly.
Thank you, Mr. Raap, Ms. Burde and Mr. Mazur for your commitment to us...the consumer!

Comments about Compact Patio Grow House:
Didn't think I would need this after someone gave me a cold frame but I see now the two totally different functions/strengths the CF vs. Cabinet offer in getting the garden going early. This is my "transition cabinet" and made life so much easier this season. Wish I'd bought it years ago.

Comments about Compact Patio Grow House:
This grow house/ clod frame got the job done for hardening off vegetable seedlings this year, but I'm not sure it will last. It was easy to assemble and easy to use, but it's really flimsy. Just moving it from where I put it together to where I wanted it on the outdoor patio made me nervous it was going to break. Also, because the wood is untreated, and pretty thin, I'm not sure how much weather it's going to put up with. On the up side, the levered 'roof' made it ideal for hardening off seedlings- I could crack it open while at work and not worry the heat or wind would bother the plants...

Comments about Compact Patio Grow House:
Perrrfect!! Arrived even before the charge had been posted to my credit account! Shippimg box had a dfew holes in it but everything inside well protected. No damages at all. Went together easily with my wife as a third hand; took about an hour. Instructions clear and easy to follow; [*].Structure a bit flimsy, but well suited to a Patio or Lanai. If left out at the mercy of the elements in the garden, I daresay it will not last long. I will add a litle coat of varnish to the wood and look forward to many seasons of raising seedlings.
