I'm trying to keep my rescued 5-yr-old cat completely indoors, so the wheat grass fills a need for occasional greens. Andromeda loves it, but does not overeat, just nibbles occasionally. Seems to be the perfect solution. And the bowl is larger and more durable than the 2- or 3-inch plastic pots in the pet food store.

Used only about half the seeds, which made a good stand of grass -- now about a month old and being nibbled at every day. Will used the rest of the seeds in another pot so I can change them out and let one have some recovery time.

I try to keep my indoor cat happy even though he can't experience my yard like he wants to. I screened in my back porch for him, and now he has this grass out there to chew on. As soon as he steps on the porch he goes right for this grass to chew a little. I would have bought it sooner if I had known he would like it so much!
