I bought this a gift for a young lady. I had to complain about the base finish and GS made sure I had another then another. All three had bases that I thought were not suitable for a gift. I was disappointed in the quality but not the customer service.

The first one of these I received was damaged with water spots. A replacement, which was perfect, was promptly sent. I ordered this for a friend and am looking forward to giving it to her for her birthday, it's a wonderful little gift. The level of customer service I have encountered, from initial ordering to replacement of the defective product, has been extraordinary! Honestly, the best customer service I think I have ever had.
