I like this little vase. It could be very useful and pretty. Unfortunately, both inside and out of this fired bisque ceramic piece is unglazed. I didn't see this in the copy and didn't recognize it in the picture.
I will have to buy some ceramic glaze, paint it inside and out, and have it fired at my own expense. It's unusual enough to be worth it to me. It may not be for you.
Without glazing at least the inside of the piece, the water inside the vase will leak out onto your table, possibly ruining any wood or non-water-resistant surface.
