Comments about Edible Bird Feeder Kit:

I bought this as a gift for my nephews, ages 6 and 8. I thought it would be a good family project for their winter break. It looks like it might be a little messy and require an adult to help. So, I wouldn't really recommend for kids too much younger. I'm hoping they will be really engaged in making the feeders and watching the wildlife.

Comments about Edible Bird Feeder Kit:

This looked like a fun project for kids and adults; however, the directions seemed out of order and the glue didn't dry as quickly as it seemed it would. We could not get the roof to affix to the feeder and the feeder could not be hung as described. We also realized that there was not enough glue for 2 feeders so we tried using peanut butter to attach the seeds so we would have glue for the 2nd feeder. We're not sure if the 2nd feeder is going to get made because of the trouble we had with the first feeder.

Grammy loves doing crafts with granddaughter Riley and this is so perfect as we get to feed the wildbirds with it when done. Can't get any better than this. Keep up the good work, Gardener's Supply.

I bought this for my nieces, since they just moved into an new house with lots of trees. They love watching the birds. A nice project for little ones and parents to do together. Older children can help the younger ones.

Comments about Edible Bird Feeder Kit:

My Granddaughter loved putting this together and then watching the birds as they were attracted to the feeder.
It was special as she was the one who built it she says, just for the birds
