You can’t beat a skort for freedom of movement and flattering style, whether you’re watering thirsty plants, shopping at the farmer's market or walking a frisky pup. Our skort has built-in, breathable Air Mesh shorts to keep you covered, and crisp box pleats that give you room to move. We named it Best Buds because that’s what you’ll call it the very first time you slip it on. It's made with light-but-sturdy cotton fabric that's been brushed to a peach-fuzz finish. Front patch pockets and zippered cell phone pocket. Falls approximately 2" above the knee. The waist is cut a tad higher in back (yet flatteringly lower in front) for coverage as you crouch and is lined with moisture-wicking fabric. A touch of elastic in back waistband provides fit without bunching, and a drawstring lets you customize the fit.

Really cute skort, but a size 4 was way too big for me and it doesn't come any smaller. I'm usually a 2 or 4 (5/5, 112 lbs.), but this size 4 seemed really big. More like a 6? Too bad--it is really well made and a nice length. Unfortunately, it has to go back. I'd give it 5 stars if they had my size!

The best things about this skort are that the length and the two available colors are perfect for every age; finally, something like this for the more "mature" woman. The colors go with all tops and the length allows me to wear it into stores, at art fairs, or on the golf course!

I wrote an earlier review, wasn't yet sure how Gardener's Supply handled postage on exchanges. They got back to me right away, they are taking care of postage on both the return and reshipping of the smaller size item, and the replacement item is already on its way before I even have the
item which I am returning in the mail - you can't get any better customer service than that! Thank you Gardener's Supply!

Best Uses
I do a lot of sewing and I really liked the skort, though it runs a full size larger (I wear an 8-10, ordered an 8, I am pretty sure its either a huge 10 or a moderate 12. I thought about taking it in, rather than exchanging (postage might be an issue) but it is so darn well made with top stitching and reinforcement stitching, it would not be worth the time to deconstruct the whole thing.I ordered the brown color and it is true to what was displayed on the web page.
