Grow bushels of beans with our tallest, strongest and sturdiest bean tower yet. The secret is thicker supports coupled with 10" legs that hold the structure securely in the ground. The bean tower in our test garden yielded 2,400 beans between mid-July and late September — in just 1-1/2 square feet! Supports are 5 mm thick with 3.5 mm crosspieces. Openings are 7-1/2" square to allow easy harvesting.

Comments about Bean Tower:
It is a little late in the year (Dec) here in Ohio to use the tower now but I am familiar with many other of the Gardeners products and can anticipate the many beans I will harvest in a few months.
Unfortunately I can't rate your new catalogues with equal ferver. Your bi-monthly "gift" catalog is quickly moved to mu trash can while I eagerly anticipate your former spring garden selection. I hope that you have not changed the orientation of the company to this "gift" selections. If so please remove me from your mailings.

Comments about Bean Tower:
I was really excited to get these. I had my old bean towers for 10 years and they were finally falling apart - they had held up good over the years, the only thing I hated about them was that you had to use string on them.
So I like these because they would fold up flat for storage and you didn't need to use string on them.
They did okay in my garden but when it came time to take them down, they fell apart in my hands. I expected to be able to use them for years like I had with my old ones. They are too expensive to buy new ones every year. I am going back to the ones I used before.

Comments about Bean Tower:
The bean tower works well to support both pole beans and tomatoes. It has not fallen over, even in high winds. The beans would be happier if it were taller.

Comments about Bean Tower:
These towers are extremely sturdy, providing plenty of space for vining- climbing plants. Great for indeterminate tomatoes, beans, peas. I purchased 2 last year - and added 2 more this year.
Thank you, Gardeners, for providing such quality.
