This container works well for small plantings. I planted beans in 2 of them. The black container keeps the soil nice and warm and the beans came up in just days instead of the normal week. I have rabbits so I placed them on a table out of the reach of the rabbits. The plants are still young and I had to put small sticks on the edge because it bent over a bit. Now that the plant is bigger I don't need the sticks. I expect them to hold up well and may purcahse more.
Pros
- Drains Well
- Durable
- Good height
- Love the color
Cons
- A little floppy
Best Uses
- Any shorter plants
I saw this and thought it would be a good choice for lettuce and that has proved to be the case! I have also added some swiss chard since there is plenty of room. The only drawback is that it does flop on the sides a bit. Once the lettuce is a bit higher I think that will resolve itself. I love my potato grow bags and this seems like it will be just as big a success!
The picture made the planter look plastic and nothing indicated it's a felt-like material. I can't imagine it'll hold up through a fulll season, but I'll see. So far, nothing planted in it has grown, but we'll see. If it does last a season and can be re-used, it has possibilities.

I love these grow bags. I can move them around due to weather, sun, etc. Less weed issues. I would recommend these for someone who has space issues in their yard.

I needed these grow bags to extend the raised gardens. They can be placed in sunnier areas, among flower gardens too. Less expensive than other alternatives.
So far it is working out great as I needed the plants where the sun is and I have limited garden area in the sunny parts of my yard, so this grow bag really helps a lot.
