Barley Pads have the clarifying power of our Barley Balls, but they are sized for water gardens as small as 10 gallons. This is a single Pad with a Flotation Frame; additional Barley Pads are available for refills. Each pad requires a Flotation Frame.

This was the easiest, most natural solution we found to keep our small water feature clear. Two weeks after we dropped it in the pool, we could see the bottom, while the critters and plants were unaffected.

Product claimed to keep pond water clean. I have a very small pond and this product had virtually no effect on the clarity of the water.

I put it in my fountain. The fountain collects scum and the only way to really clean it is to empty it. This extends the length of time between cleaning

This is probably the easiest way to control algae in ponds or wells. I like the naturalness of this product and how easy it is to change. No problems with this method - we love it. Would highly reccommend to friends.

What is this, a boat anchor? Soaked overnight and sank like a stone. Had a rain and three days later there was an algae bloom that could have choked a hippo! This was in only a 300 gal pond and has been ineffective thus far.
