These baby chicks are a gift for a friend to whom I sent the parent chickens last year. She loves them. She arranged them in her back yard among pretty plants and flowers.
She would like to have real chickens but these are much more attractive and well behaved!

This is my second purchase of chicks. They were great but apparently not lawn mower resistant. (!) Sadly, my husband took the head off a chick with our Poulan Pro riding mower :-(
