I have purchased these for myself and as gifts. I use mine mainly when getting a headache. I put one around my neck, front and back, and sometimes on top of my head, hold one near the jaw bones, anywhere I feel sinus pressure. I have used my so much I now had aroma oils to them while heating in a microwave oven with 1 tbs. of water in a custard cup. I will start the regime in the evening when I feel a sinus headache and the next morning I am better. Better than pills.
