I have a sloping yard with just a few inches of topsoil/lawn over bedrock, so no ready-to-purchase raised bed was possible. I used 2 sizes of these corners to build two side-by-side 3x8' raised cedar beds on my hillside - one size for the 4 lower corners, and the smaller size (and spigot aquacorner) for the uphill side. To prevent downhill movement, I drilled stainless rods into the bedrock which protrude up into hidden drill holes in the side boards of the bed. Using the Snip-n-Drip system, I connected soaker hose from the first bed to solid hose running down the inside of one corner, along a groove in the soil, and up through the corner of the second bed. For neater corners where the hose changes beds, I ordered black PVC elbows from an irrigation store and drilled the corner end caps to fit.

- Raised beds
I'm very pleased with my raised bed aquacorners. The beds were easy to assemble. The hose connection makes watering simple. I highly recommend this product.
I purchased the AquaCorners for use with the Forever Raised Bed system, but they do not fit and I will be returning them. The corners are a great idea, but they are sized to be used with a wider board than the Forever system. There is no way to securely attach them without leaving a wide gap on the outer edge which is a tripping hazzard. Perhaps the description mentions this, but I did not see it before making the purchase.

- Easy bed sizing
- Easy to use
- Looks neat
- Quick assembly
Cons
- none
Best Uses
- Custom rectangular beds
These brackets were by far the easiest part of constructing my custom-sized raised beds.
I assembled two 3'x16' (12" deep) bed frames in about an hour.
Only thing I added were a few steel construction stakes inside the brackets to keep them from shifting as I assembled and then filled with soil.
The sillcocks make it simple to setup soaker hoses in each bed.
I put in 4 garden boxes with the aquacorners and they work great. I am putting in a new backyard in a new house so I had the aquacorners hooked into buried pipe with some 6" flexible hoses and all of them are controlled by a battery operated irrigation control valve. Now it waters automatically with no mess or fuss. It has a great clean look and I never forget to water, or water too much. I now have an automatic garden system that is the envy of more than a few neigbors.
