We've been selling super-size amaryllis bulbs in our retail store for several years now, and they're so popular with gardeners that the bulbs always sell out within a few weeks. Twice the size of most amaryllis bulbs, these 'Red Peacock' bulbs measure up to 6" across and will send up at least three stalks over several weeks, each with 6 to 8 massive, opulent red blooms. The earth-friendly pot is made from grain husks, is re-usable after the flowers have faded, and can be composted after use.
