Love that these bloom again when planted outside. I live in zone 8, have been forcing these for Christmas many years. The first spring they rest, then bloom again every spring after. I have quite a collection now.

This is an outstanding collection. I gave five of the plants to friends and kept one for myself. Everyone's comments were that these were the nicest plants they'd ever had (and already potted, too). Each plant had at least two sturdy stems with 5-7 flowers. The exception was "Aphrodite" which had 3 stems with one giant flower on each; it was spectacular.

I have been giving Amaryllis bulbs as gifts at Christmas for at least 12 years. Decided to use a new vendor this year. The petit size of the bloom and the long time for them to finally produce a flower was frustrating. Striking color but will not use this vendor again. Gardener Supply is my "Go To" catalog for everything plant oriented but I was not satisified with this purchase.
