I use the blade sharpener for just about any cutting object. Sharpener has two sharpening ends and without directions, I have no idea which end is better for a particular object to be sharpened. However, the sharpener is very easy to use.

My garden tools were in need of sharpening and I didn't want to haul them off to the hardware store and wait for them so I tried this sharpener. While not as good as a professional sharpening, it did do a good job of putting a nice edge on my clippers and lopper.

I love it because now I can sharpen my knives and tools by myself without waiting or asking someone to do it. Now my trimmers, knives, scissors and etc are always ready to use.
