Comments about APS 6:
I started tomatoes from seed for the first time ever this year, and because we live in Colorado, my primary concern was keeping the soil moist for germination. This product worked exactly as promised and the seedlings are almost ready for transfer.

Comments about APS 6:
These are great and perfect to use under grow lights in my basement greenhouse. They never forget to water like I do. My new plants are all healthy and just waiting for warmer weather to plant outside. Take care with the edges when moving the units as they can break off.

Comments about APS 6:
I found this useful for growing specialty sunflowers seeds.
I was not impressed with the strength of the unit however. It could be a bit stronger by making the walls thicker with a small reduction in the capacity. I think I will only get two seasons of use from it

Prevents seedling loss from over and under watering. Teriffic for people who just can't check on their seedings daily.

Comments about APS 6:
We tried the APS system last year in various sizes to start our garden seeds. The seedlings thrived in it and it took the guess work out of watering. We purchased the APS 6 this year for our larger plants like tomatoes.

Comments about APS 6:
My original APS seed starters are over 10 years old and still work beautifully. I love not having to water my seedlings daily and also like that I can't over water them either. I would recommend these to any gardener who wants to start their own seedling.
I am growing spinach and mesclun under lights this winter in APS-6 and the results are great.
