We just put up the draperies and found defects in at least two panels. I will inspect each remaining panel carefully and call for instructions for returning defective items.

These curtains raised the temperature in our room about 5 degrees. They really do cut down on the drafts. Best of all, they're not nearly as heavy as I thought they would be.

It's hard to find insulated draperies that are machine washable. I haven't tried yet, but these say they are. The natural color is all cotton front, acrylic back and the tag says to wash them in cold water. The blue is 55% polyester/45% cotton and can be washed in warm water. Keep your kittens away from these -- any punctures let the light shine through and destroy the look.
