Handy little diary, 5 years is great has place for almost everything you want to record
Place to write down weather conditions, plants and seeds planted by date, brand of seeds and plant varieties, and how the plant grew and the end products. A place to write down plant/tree/shrub date planted and how it grew over 5 years.

My old garden journal got lost in a move, so I purchased this one to start over. I like it a lot - it has a lot of pages and is set up to give you flexibility for using it. The little tips and checklists throughout as well as the seed envelope in back are convenient features.
