The height adjusts from 31" to 59" so you can use it to water everything in your landscape, from lawns to tall perennial and shrub plantings. Set it for full- or part-circle coverage; rotate the head up or down for precise distance control. Four spray patterns: shower, fine, fan and jet. It offers great coverage, watering a circle up to 69' in diameter (3740 sq. ft.), so you’ll spend less time dragging hoses and sprinklers around the yard. Because it’s gear-driven, it’s quieter, too. Tripod stand has leg spikes that dig into the soil for stability. Made from durable aluminum, zinc and heavy-duty ABS plastic.

Bottom line - My $5.00 plastic old-fashion sprinkler is easier to use and does a better job than this thing.
You really only get three different sprays. I have only used this sprinkler twice and already the "gears" are giving problems. You are supposed to be able to limit the spray area yet after limited use I notice that the gear mechanism is going past where I set it to stop. Like I said my old cheap sprinkler that merely goes back and forth covers more area and does a better job. It was only five dollars. Don't buy this thing.

Like the concept of the sprinkler, wish it were more sturdy with brass fittings and galvanized stabalizing spikes. Hard to set spikes in hard dirt. Like the 4 spray patterns, that works good in the garden.
