I solved the hook problem by adding my own in between the ones included. It still looks great and added four more hooks. I also secured the rack assembly with some garden wire to make more secure. Overall, I live this shelf and have purchased four of them!

We use this product in our entryway and it is great and stylish. The cubbies are great for keeping hats, mittens and dog leashes with in reach, but out of the way. We thought the grey would be more of a lighter color, more galvanized, but we liked the product enough to keep it.

Wanted something versatile for storage in my laundry/mud room, and this does fit the bill. However, the product is poorly manufactured...the hooks are barely attached to the cubby, and in fact, one was loose when I received it. I had to get it welded back on...didn't want the hassle of returning it. Some of the wires are already broken. The packaging was in shambles when I received it, which probably explains the broken hook.

We are using this high on the wall over cabinets to hold odd shaped bulky items as shown in photo. Works great. Wish it had included some hardware or one side had welded holes for nails or screws. Still overall, a great, sturdy product for the use. Easy to use and install.
